Live on the Green is an outdoor festival in the heart of Music City unlike any other; a "tried-and-true recipe of crowd-pleasing touring acts plus a choice assortment of Nashvillians" in the words of the Nashville Scene. The artists are phenomenal, food trucks and vendors abound, and admission for it all is FREE. No foolin'.
I'd been an avid Lightning 100 listener and Live on the Green attendee for the seven years I've lived in Nashville, and could not have been more stoked to become part of the team for the festival's 10th season. I was responsible for a wide range of design work including the lineup poster, VIP credentials, event signage and social graphics. I also brought in a fellow web developer to help me tackle updates to the LOTG website.
Across everything, it was my mission to capture the energy of the event and stay true to the existing brand, while finding subtle ways to freshen the look for a new landmark year.
