Property Concept Renderings

Liz Craig (Cushman & Wakefield) acquired a corner property that, initially, did not look all that special from the curb, but she had a vision of what it could become, and she wanted to be able to show that vision to potential buyers in a concrete way.

Liz and I met to discuss ways that we could freshen up the property's look. Because of its shape and its location on Nashville's budding 8th Ave S, we imagined the building becoming some kind of restaurant, café, or bar. We chose a sleek black and white exterior with light-colored wood accents, and knocked out the door and windows on the front of the building in favor of large garage-doors that can be opened or closed according to weather. We landed on a trendy, attractive concept in the same vein as popular Nashville restaurants like Butchertown Hall and Barista Parlor.

I have also done very similar work, (both conceptualizing and rendering), on two properties for Jeff Estepp LLC, a Nashville-based general contractor.
