Friends of Radnor Lake

We first partnered with the Friends of Radnor Lake team to write and design a cohesive suite of communications for their 50th Anniversary fundraising campaign, including a new landing page on their existing website, a series of social media posts, direct-mail cards with custom envelopes, and physical on-trail signage. Everything was created to support the nonprofit’s core mission: protecting, preserving and promoting the natural integrity of Radnor Lake State Natural Area.

Following and building upon the success of the 50th Anniversary Campaign, our partnership has grown into an ongoing creative alliance. We serve as the “outsourced creative department” for Friends of Radnor Lake, working closely with the Director and her board members to write, design, post and send all key marketing and fundraising initiatives.

Pen & Mug are great, open communicators, and they don’t waste my time. What was once a burden for me – to create all of the marketing ideas, direct multiple contractors, write copy, find photos, etc., has transitioned to work with a creative team with ideas, energy and the skills to help me implement!

Our leadership has been very impressed by the marketing “uplevel” that we have accomplished with Pen & Mug.
