We serve as the outsourced creative department for Solutions by Text, and collaborate with their marketing leaders more closely than the word “outsourced” might make you believe.

Together we’ve elevated their visual brand and developed new styles and guidelines through the process of creating digital ad campaigns, motion graphics, sales materials, presentations, video bumpers and more.

We’ve also empowered their team with resources like custom iconography, slide deck themes and editable templates for documents and social posts.

FinText 2023

Solutions by Text’s annual customer conference. And in 2023, we went BIG.

We started by developing a new event logo and visual theme that felt compatible with, but independent from, the Solutions by Text brand. Then we took the approved design theme and ran with it, creating everything from physical signage to motion graphics, business cards to keynote presentations, and sponsor activations to attendee name badges. We even made looping videos that were played all night throughout the building at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row.

(Yes we did go to part of the conference, and yes almost all the “fintech” content was over our heads… but we also got to go to the afterparty with some awesome people and take photos of our work IRL! 😁)

We love working with Pen & Mug. They have seamlessly become an extension of our team. Wonderful work and great to work with. Would recommend to anyone who needs design and brand support. Only reason I wouldn’t recommend is selfish — so I can have them to myself.
